We change our sandwiches seasonally, though some you'll always find on our menu because our customers want them there

ALL are made fresh on site every day.

You get a great choice of breads: health bread, sesame kaizer rolls, brown seeded rolls, buttermilk rye (60% rye), 100% wheat-free rye bread, and a Turkish roll.

All our bread is made by Knead, Cape Town's finest artisan bakery

WRAPS AND SALADS
These change seasonally and we try to keep a balance between bringing back the things everyone loves, and trying new exciting ideas.

Our wraps are so delicious and so convenient and SO DARN POPULAR!

Don't forget to ask for dressing on your takeaway salad.

Our salad dressing is good stuff - and handmade in small batches using extra-virgin olive oil.

We use fresh ingredients from the best possible sources.

We make everything fresh every day in our own kitchens.

We try our best to avoid colorants and preservatives.

We make the food with care.

We make our food from scratch starting with real seasonal ingredients.

We marinate our chermoula chicken with chermoula pesto made in our kitchen using fresh herbs, spices, olive oil and lemon juice.

We hand peel fresh garlic cloves.

We soak and cook our own beans.

Our muffins are made the way our grandmothers made them - we grate the carrots and apples; chop the nuts and dates; weigh, measure and mix real ingredients no bought-in muffin mix.
