The pizza Margherita is topped with preservative free, crushed Italian tomatoes and fresh local fior di latte mozzarella. The pizza Marinara is simply crushed tomatoes and herbs and fresh garlic - an Italian staple. Both are made with dough which proofs for 24 hours, made with Italian pizza flour, and baked in a furiously hot wood-fired oven for about 90 seconds.
They are supplied chilled and are good for up to 5 days if kept refrigerated. They freeze well for up to 2 months and can be cooked straight from frozen.
